The Small Bigshot

Our normal image of Tramp is a bellicose fat man whose orangy face was shaped by going the wrong way through a revolving door. The hustler of adolescent mocks and personal bully insults is the dolt we have come to know. But as mentioned in an earlier blog, when push comes to shove, Authoritarians are all cowards.

And what was the sight we all saw in the Manhattan courtroom? Nothing more than a morose, insignificant heavy figure in a room full of people who had the power to order him what to do. The sorry image of commoner Tramp, shoulders slumped, voice frail, surrounded by marshals, lawyers, and prosecutors, showed a new contrite side of Tramp in the face of government dominance.

What ever happened to the arrogant real estate rascal, the abusive reality TV star, and the former President of the United States who often blustered that he was the smartest guy in the world?

He appeared to be nothing more than a feeble shadow of “The Donald.”

Yet, when he got back home and was surrounded by his gang his courage returned and he started lying, whining about being the perennial victim and, most recklessly, mocking and placing the Manhattan judge and his family in physical danger through influencing the MEGA lunatics.

The Coward Authoritarians never face up to authority. They always take cover behind their gang. So Tramp’s behavior back home is no surprise.

The follow-on actions of the screaming, greasy offspring is also no surprise.

The only surprise is the response of the bully’s followers – or maybe it’s not such a surprise.
